Definitions	The Employer: natural or legal person who has an employment relationship with a worker (that is any person employed by an employer) has responsibility for the undertaking or establishment has obligations concerning the health and safety as regards the maintenance and use of work equipment (products covered by New Approach directives) at the workplace.
