Small and Medium Enterprises Standardization Toolkit
SMEST
SMEST is a standardization toolkit to approach SMEs.
The toolkit will contain training material for the promotion of participation of SMEs in European standardization and focuses on three main issues:
- Awareness: the importance of standardization and the relationship between standardization and regulation;
- Information: how to access to information about new and/or existing standards and standardization activities;
- Participation: incorporating in their business priorities the necessity of being involved in the standardization process.
