"Supreme body of CEN."

Responsibilities

  1. Elaborates and ratifies acts relevant to CEN.
  2. Decides on financial matters relating to the annual profit and loss accounts, and the proposals from the Administrative Board (CA) on the annual budget for the CEN Management Centre (CMC) operation, membership and subscription fees .
  3. Appoints the president, vice-presidents, members of the CA and commissioners (auditors).
  4. Deliberates on the general direction of CEN activities.
  5. Authorizes membership in accordance with the statutes.
  6. Considers and rules upon appeals against Technical Board (BT) or CA decisions.
